Plot Summary:

In the year 2056 - the not so distant future - an epidemic of organ failures devastates the planet. Out of the tragedy, a savior emerges: GeneCo, a biotech company that offers organ transplants, for a price. Those who miss their payments are scheduled for repossession and hunted by villainous Repo Men. In a world where surgery addicts are hooked on painkilling drugs and murder is sanctioned by law, a sheltered young girl searches for the cure to her own rare disease as well as information about her family's mysterious history. After being sucked into the haunting world of GeneCo, she is unable to turn back, as all of her questions will be answered at the wildly anticipated spectacular event: The Genetic Opera.

(born August 27, 1988) is an American actress, singer and pianist. She is best known for playing Carmen Cortez in the Spy Kids trilogy and Shilo Wallace in Repo! the Genetic Opera. In 2009, she starred as the title character Ruby Gallagher in the ABC Family series Ruby and The Rockits.

Paul Sorvino as Rottissimo "Rotti" Largo

(born April 13, 1939) is an American actor. He is the father of actress Mira Sorvino. He is known for portraying authority figures on both sides of the law, and he is possibly best known for his role as Paulie Cicero in Goodfellas (1990).

Anthony Head as Nathan Wallace

(born 20 February 1954), usually credited as Anthony Head, is a Saturn Award nominated English actor and musician. He rose to fame in the UK following his role in coffee adverts for Nescafé Gold Blend, and is probably best known for his role as Rupert Giles, in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He is currently one of the central characters in Merlin, portraying the character King Uther Pendragon.

Sarah Brightman as Magdalene "Blind Mag" Defoe

(born 14 August 1960) is a British crossover soprano, actress, songwriter and dancer. She sings in many languages including English, Spanish, French, Latin, German, Italian, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin and Japanese.

Paris Hilton as Carmela Largo/Amber Sweet

(born February 17, 1981) is an American socialite, heiress, media personality, model, singer, author, fashion designer and actress. Hilton is best known for her appearance on the television series The Simple Life, her several minor film roles (most notably her role in the horror film House of Wax in 2005), her 2004 tongue-in-cheek autobiography, her 2006 music album Paris, and her work in modeling. As a result of several legal incidents, Hilton also served a widely publicized sentence in a Los Angeles County jail in 2007.

Bill Moseley as Luigi Largo

William "Bill" Moseley (born November 11, 1951) is an American film actor and musician who has starred in a number of cult classic horror films, including House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.

His first big role was in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 as Chop Top. He has also released records with guitarist Buckethead, in the band Cornbugs.

Nivek Ogre as Paviche "Pavi" Largo

(real name Kevin Graham Ogilvie) born December 5, 1962 is the vocalist best known for his work in the industrial band Skinny Puppy. Nivek Ogre is Ergo Kevin if read backwards, which in Latin means Me Kevin, also playing on the several Kevins and Ogilvies in the band at the time. Ogre is the driving force behind Skinny Puppy's live shows which feature performance art, horror makeup and elaborate special effects. He has spoken out on several political issues, including animal rights and the legalization of marijuana.

Terrance Zdunich as GraveRobber

He, with Darren Smith, composed and wrote both the short film and theatrical film Repo! The Genetic Opera. Zdunich also had a starring role in the film, and was the illustrator for all the animation sequences throughout the film.

He is currently writing and illustrating the 12-part graphic novel series, The Molting.
